RESERVATIONS

• Pîrî Reis University is located at Postane Mah., Eflatun Sk. No: 16, 34940 Tuzla/ISTANBUL Turkey.
• Applicants can reach the training center by e-mail at dp-info@pirireis.edu.tr, by phone at +90 216 581 00 50 or by fax at +90 216 581 00 51.
• Participants who wish to attend the course must fill out the Pre-Application Form.
• Reservation confirmation will be made after the payment is received.
• Applicants who fill out and send the Pre-Application Form are deemed to have accepted the terms and conditions of Pîrî Reis University.
• A Welcome Package will be sent to applicants via e-mail before the training begins.
• Applicants are advised to immediately notify Pîrî Reis University via the contact information provided above if any of their personal or contact information is incorrect and/or changes.

COURSE FEES AND PAYMENT

• Payment Procedures
  • Payments can be made via credit cards or bank cards.
  • Cash and installments are not accepted.
  • An invoice will be sent before the course starts if requested by companies or individuals. Payment must be made at least 3 business days before the course start.
  • If payment is not made at least three business days before the course start date, Pîrî Reis University reserves the right to cancel the reservation.

COURSE CANCELLATION

• Applicants must notify Pîrî Reis University of their course cancellation at least 10 business days before the course start date. In case of late cancellation, the penalty amounts to be charged are stated below.
• No fee will be charged for cancellations made at least 10 business days before the course start date.
• 50% of the course fee will be paid for cancellations made 10 to 5 business days before the course start date.
• Course fee will not be refunded for cancellations made less than four business days before the course start date.
• In case of emergency, every effort will be made to rebook the course as much as possible to avoid cancellation fees, provided that it is documented.
